Vante

Vante is a premium health and performance app built around group accountability. It connects to the health and activity data a person already generates through devices and services such as Apple Health/HealthKit, watches and activity platforms, then turns that raw data into a sophisticated picture of how well they are actually performing, recovering, sleeping, fuelling and progressing. But Vante isn't primarily a personal health dashboard. The social layer is the core of the product. A user belongs to one or more groups where everyone follows their own individual training and lifestyle, while Vante continuously puts everyone's performance into a shared comparative context. Members can see each other's activity, recovery, progress, achievements and trends alongside their own. If someone starts dropping off, becoming less active or falling behind their normal level, that change becomes visible. The idea is essentially: You do your thing. Everyone else does theirs. Vante puts all of it in the same frame. It isn't a team-training app where people compensate for one another. It is a shared accountability environment where individual performance becomes visible within a group. What Vante actually does At its foundation, Vante aggregates health data and runs its own analysis engine, rather than simply displaying Apple's or a wearable's existing scores. It can analyse things such as: sleep duration and architecture resting heart rate HRV respiratory metrics training load recovery activity volume and intensity VO₂max weight and body trends nutrition and energy intake performance changes over time potential early signs of excessive fatigue, illness or under-recovery The existing analysis system uses things such as median/MAD baselines, multiple contributing factors, physiological bands and composite scores to create a more personalised picture of someone's current state. Then Vante turns that analysis into actions and context, rather than just numbers. For example, the app could tell someone what their most useful action for the day is based on their readiness, recent load, sleep and nutrition, while simultaneously showing how their current state compares with the people in their group. The major worlds inside Vante The app is intended to feel more like a collection of interconnected premium environments than a conventional health-data dashboard. Activity Record activities directly using GPS, pace, distance and route, optionally with Bluetooth heart-rate data. Imported activities can come through HealthKit, Garmin, Strava and Apple Watch data, with deeper analysis such as splits, HR zones, efficiency and recovery cost. Activities can become shareable posts within the group. Sleep A dedicated visual environment for understanding sleep quality, architecture and recovery rather than simply showing "7h 42m." Nutrition A Cal-AI-style system where someone can photograph food, have Vante identify the food and portions, and receive calorie, macro and micronutrient estimates. Crucially, nutrition then feeds back into the health engine — for example, looking at fuelling relative to training load or meal timing relative to sleep. Recovery / readiness Vante combines the different physiological signals into an understanding of someone's current condition, rather than treating each metric independently. Body & trends Long-term changes in things such as weight, resting metrics and VO₂max, presented as meaningful trends rather than spreadsheets of historical data. Coaching A single concrete recommendation for the day, generated from the person's actual data — rather than a generic list of wellness advice. The social system This is what makes Vante different. Groups aren't simply chat rooms with a leaderboard attached. The intended interface creates a shared visual frame containing everyone, with people's data continuously compared against one another. The original "ring" concept is important: it represents everyone existing within the same system. The final direction is for that concept to become a much richer comparative visualisation, where individual metrics, activity and drop-offs are visible simultaneously. Alongside this there is: a live group feed activity posts achievements and PRs reactions and comments comparative challenges/pacts member profiles trophy/achievement history multiple groups notifications widgets showing personal and group state So instead of opening an app and seeing: "Your readiness: 82" you might see something closer to: You + the people you train with + everyone's current state + what has changed + what everyone has actually done. That creates a much stronger accountability loop. The visual identity Vante is deliberately not supposed to look like a standard fitness app. The design direction is premium, cinematic and almost spatial: near-black / grainy grounds gradient "worlds" glowing rings translucent materials depth atmospheric meshes animated aurora-like backgrounds custom data visualisations large visual reveals sophisticated transitions domain-specific colour environments The onboarding became the benchmark for the rest of the product: its animated aurora/mesh environments and motion graphics are intended to establish a level of visual movement that carries throughout the application. The colour system is also intended to have one recognisable Vante signature colour, with individual health domains — such as Sleep, Activity and Nutrition — receiving their own distinct colours while still belonging to the same overall visual system. The current design exploration calls the proposed signature Volt, an electric chartreuse rather than the more predictable teal used by many fitness products. In one sentence Vante is a visually immersive health-and-performance platform that turns personal health data into intelligent analysis, then places individuals inside a continuously updating shared environment where their training, recovery, nutrition and progress can be seen and compared with the people around them.
